First autumn rehearsal date: Thursday, 5 Sep 2024
Rehearsal day & time: every Thursday, 18:15-20:45 in the Kaistudios (Elbphilharmonie). There will be no rehearsals during the Hamburg school holidays.
Participation is free of charge.
The participants will decide together whether there will be a public performance to conclude the rehearsal period.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Participants must be aged 16 or older.
Travel and meal expenses cannot be reimbursed.
Participation is at the participants’ own risk.
Registration can be completed online at www.elbphilharmonie.de/en/participate.
Participation is free of charge and participants do not receive payment.
Registration does not imply any entitlement to participation. The Promoter decides on participation at his/her/their own discretion, also taking into account the artistic needs of the Creative Orchestra and its concerts, and notifies any acceptance or cancellation personally.
By registering, the participant gives consent for his/her/their creative contributions as part of the Creative Orchestra to be incorporated into the overall composition and to be processed, shortened and combined with other elements for this purpose.
By registering, the participant authorises the creation of photos, sound and video recordings of himself/herself/themselves and his/her/their creations during the workshops and concert, and consents to having sound and image recordings made of his/her/their creative contributions, and for those recordings to be edited and published as part of the overall composition and for documentation and advertising purposes, and broadcast/made publicly available on the Promoter’s website and social media channels. The participant waives any right to be named individually and to be paid for the rights granted here.
Participants are prohibited from taking photos and making audio and video recordings during the event, and from publishing any such content on social media. The promoter can grant permission upon request.
It should be specifically noted that the copying/scanning of sheet music and scores is not permitted.
The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions of participation if changes in circumstances make that necessary.
