INFORMATION

Registration takes place once per season.
First rehearsal date: Monday, 8 September 2025
Rehearsal day & time: every Monday, 17:00–18:30 in the Kaistudios (Elbphilharmonie). No rehearsals on public and school holidays.
Participation is free of charge.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Participants must be aged 16 or older.
Travel and meal expenses cannot be reimbursed.
Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
Registration can be completed online at https://www.elbphilharmonie.de/en/participate.
HamburgMusik (Promoter) will select participants from all applications received following the end of the registration period. The Promoter’s selection is final.
Photos and/or audio and/or video recordings may be produced in the course of the project. The promoter has the right to publish these images/recordings to document and advertise the Elbphilharmonie and Laeiszhalle programme (including on social media). Participants should expressly inform the Promoter if they do not agree to this.
Participants are prohibited from taking photos and making audio and video recordings during the project/event, and from publishing any such content on social media. The Promoter may grant permission upon request.
If a participant fails to attend three continuous rehearsals, he/she/they will be barred from further participation in the ensemble.
No new participants can join the project after the third rehearsal.
It should be specifically noted that the copying of sheet music and scores is not permitted under German law.
The Promoter reserves the right to retract or make changes to the registration process or content of the Terms & Conditions of Participation.
